• My wife and I have been married for 44 years and have been blessed with 2 children and 5 grandchildren (so far).
• My wife and I lived in Carleton Place for 16 years before moving to the Lanark Highlands in 2021.
• My wife and I are members of the Rotary Club of Carleton Place and Mississippi Mills with me being the President for the 2024/2025  year.
• With the help of our son, a licensed carpenter,  we built a house from scratch on 5 acres of forest. This experience has helped me explain the construction process to my clients.
• I hold the designation of CNE (certified negotiation expert). This designation has helped me negotiate favorable terms for my clients.
• I've been a committee member at the Ottawa Real Estate Board's Professional Standards Committee for the past 8 years (I signed up for the 2026 year as well).
